Bishop Gorman’s Ty Johnson led the Gaels with 15 points and three assists in an 81-58 win over Mojave on Tuesday. Braylen Williams added a dunk in the victory.

Faith Lutheran’s Dash Wiley scored 19 points as the Crusaders crushed Amplus Academy 88-20. Palo Verde edged Spring Valley 54-42 behind 18 points from Ethan Inocencio. Tech’s Jaxon Grant, a sophomore, put up 15 points in a 64-61 win over Pahrump Valley.

Sunrise Mountain outlasted Cheyenne 78-74 despite 21 points from Azari Jefferson, a freshman. Liberty beat Sierra Vista 72-59. Sky Pointe defeated Eldorado 61-36. Sloan Canyon topped Del Sol 80-59. Pahranagat Valley routed Mountain View 52-16. Word of Life beat Liberty Baptist 78-64.

Girls basketball

Donnayja Gibson scored 28 points to lead Sierra Vista past Boulder City 69-28. Pahrump Valley’s Kaitlyn Brown posted 13 points and 15 rebounds in a 58-35 victory over Tech. Mila Vidacic had 14 points and four rebounds for Tech in the loss.

Cimarron-Memorial’s Jasmine Ponce stuffed the stat sheet with 17 points, 10 rebounds, six assists, five steals and two blocks in a 42-36 win over Western. Beaver Dam defeated Adelson School 67-31. Cadence routed Civica 67-6.

Flag football

Doral Academy shut out Cheyenne 26-0. Virgin Valley blanked Boulder City 19-0.
