The Athletics have unveiled plans for two high-end club spaces behind home plate at their upcoming $2 billion Las Vegas ballpark, aiming to redefine the pregame experience. The Athletic Club and Diamond Club, announced Friday alongside concessionaire Aramark Sports + Entertainment, will offer about 1,000 seats combined in the 33,000-seat stadium.
The Athletic Club will occupy the first six rows behind home plate, totaling roughly 300 seats. The Diamond Club seats will be located directly behind them. Both clubs are all-inclusive, covering food and beverages—including wine, beer, and spirits—for each home game.
Renowned restaurateur and author Will Guidara is developing the Athletic Club experience. “What we set out to build here is something a little different—a space built around a simple idea: what if getting to the stadium early became one of the best parts of the night,” Guidara said in a statement. He emphasized that the space is designed for gathering and genuine graciousness, with a private restaurant, supper club, and upscale lounge.
A’s president Marc Badain noted, “The Athletic Club is about providing fans with something innovative and unique that exists only in Las Vegas.” The club will feature personalized touches from maître d’s, sommeliers, and dining concierges. Danielle Lazor of Aramark described it as “a really social, traditional white tablecloth experience.”
The Diamond Club offers a different vibe with Vegas-inspired food stations, chef’s specials, and elevated game-day favorites. Athletic Club members also have access to this space.
The announcement follows the Las Vegas Stadium Authority’s approval of the A’s personal seat license program. About 20% of ballpark seats will require a PSL, primarily for premium sections like these clubs. Tickets go on sale later this month for fans on the priority access list; pricing has not been disclosed.
