The Las Vegas Raiders have agreed to trade star defensive end Maxx Crosby to the Baltimore Ravens, acquiring the No. 14 overall pick in the upcoming draft and a 2027 first-round selection, sources confirmed late Friday.
The deal gives the Raiders two first-round picks in April — they already hold the No. 1 overall choice — and a future first-rounder from a Ravens team expected to contend.

Crosby, who turned 29 in August and has undergone multiple offseason surgeries, had grown dissatisfied with the team’s direction. Rather than repair the relationship, general manager Tom Telesco moved the disgruntled pass rusher for a premium return.
“Two first-round picks is an outstanding haul,” the source said. The 2027 selection will likely land late in the round, but the immediate infusion of young talent aligns with the Raiders’ rebuilding timeline.
If Las Vegas uses the picks wisely, both selections should be hitting their prime just as the roster is ready to compete.
