The Las Vegas Raiders continued reshaping their offensive line Tuesday, signing former San Francisco 49ers guard Spencer Burford. The 25-year-old brings 38 starts over four NFL seasons and is expected to compete for a starting role.
Burford, a fourth-round pick in 2022 out of UTSA, spent his entire career with the 49ers. He started nine games at left guard last season and has also played right guard and some tackle. In 56 career games, he has taken 458 offensive snaps and committed just one accepted penalty in 2024.
He has appeared in five playoff games with San Francisco. Burford joins a Raiders interior that is looking for stability after multiple changes in recent years.
