DaMari Hall delivered a triple and a home run to lead Bishop Gorman to a 9-4 victory over Durango on Tuesday at Bishop Gorman High School. The Gaels, ranked No. 1 in the Review-Journal’s Class 5A poll, improved to 17-4 overall and 4-0 in the 5A Mountain League.
Hall, a Washington State football commit, went 3-for-4 with three RBIs. Hudson Ciulla, a Gonzaga commit, earned the win on the mound, allowing two hits and one run while striking out nine over five innings.
Durango fell to 7-12, 0-3 in league play. The two teams meet again at 3:30 p.m. Thursday at Durango.
