Phil Hellmuth, the 17-time World Series of Poker bracelet winner, has purchased a condo from the estate of Elaine Wynn for $2.8 million. The unit is located at Park Towers, a luxury high-rise at 1 Hughes Center Drive in Las Vegas.
Hellmuth and his wife officially relocated to Las Vegas in December, he confirmed via email. “Vegas has been very, very good to me, and I love it here,” he said.
The 4,903-square-foot condo features four bedrooms and five bathrooms. It spent 173 days on the market and sold for 5.1 percent below the original asking price of $2.95 million. Park Towers sits near the intersection of Paradise Road and East Flamingo Road.
This marks the second sale from Wynn’s estate. Another condo in the same building sold for $8.25 million in August 2024. Wynn, a philanthropist and gaming industry leader, died in April 2024 at age 82 after a brief illness.
Real estate agent Karina Jett of Keller Williams VIP represented Hellmuth in the transaction. “As a real estate agent, getting to work with an incredible client like Phil Hellmuth has been an absolute pleasure,” Jett said. “This is my second transaction with Phil, and his outgoing personality, generosity, and genuine kindness make him wonderful to work with. He recently purchased a beautiful condominium with panoramic views of the Las Vegas Strip, and the location is ideal for his poker endeavors.”
Jett added, “Representing the buyer in the sale of a home from the estate of the legendary Elaine Wynn made this transaction even more meaningful. I had the pleasure of meeting Elaine once, and being involved in this sale is truly one of the highlights of my real estate career.”
